JOB DESCRIPTION

As an employee in the resource unit, the tasks are very varied. There may be significant care needs in some operations while others place different demands on the employee. The work is always based on the individual's needs, decisions, and wishes, with our daily goal being that each user can live as independently and fully as possible. Solo work will be relevant as the temporary positions will partly be directed towards assistance cases. This is a position for you who enjoy new challenges and find it fun and stimulating with variation. The tasks require good physical fitness as the work involves physically demanding tasks.

As a support assistant, you motivate, support, and help users in all aspects of daily life. The work is based on the individual's own resources, needs, and wishes, with the goal that each person can live as independently and fully as possible. You work based on individual implementation plans where social documentation is an important part.

The position may also include handling medical equipment, such as tracheostomy, ventilators, cough machines, and suction devices.

The work is done on irregularly scheduled working hours from Monday to Sunday, which means day, evening, and weekend shifts. Sleeping on-call is included in the work in the operations where it exists.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Requirements

High school diploma in:

• Health and care education
• Child and leisure education (requirement for special pedagogy 1 and 2)
• Teaching assistant education (requirement for special pedagogy 1 and 2)

We expect you to have:

• Basic knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. Documentation is an important part of our work, and you therefore need to master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.
• Driver's license for a car

Personal Qualities:

• Flexible and adaptable – you thrive on variation and new challenges
• Good collaboration skills and comfortable working independently
• Responsive to the individual's needs and wishes
• Experience working with NPF diagnoses is an advantage.

The positions are three fixed-term employments.
